Flat Fee MLS Listing Service

 

List your home in the Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR) Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for a Fixed Listing Fee of $399 (Instead of paying a Listing Commission) and let all the Realtors in the area market your property to their Buyers for a Buyers Agent Commission payable to them at closing. You also keep the Right To Sell Your Home yourself and avoid that Buyers Agent commission if you find the Buyer yourself. Order this service by sending us an email at info@royalfinancialrealty.com.  Upon receipt and acceptance of the contract and payment your home will be listed in the MLS by one of our REALTOR®. The REALTOR® will contact you directly in response to your order and your home will be listed within just a few days after your order is completed.

Standard Listing Service Package for $399 You Get:

1. Your home listed in the MLS (the listing term is 6 months and you may cancel anytime).


 2. A color photograph of your home is taken by the MLS Staff to include in that MLS listing, this is subject to their scheduling policies and service area restrictions. In addition to the exposure your home gets to all the realtors through the MLS, buyers searching for homes in your area at popular web sites like Har.com and Realtor.com will see your home!

3. The applicable contract and seller’s disclosure forms you will need to sell your home!

4. If you desire, the use of one of our Yard Sign is included and if you use our sign the REALTOR® will work the buyers calls from the Yard Sign to try and earn the Buyers Agent Commission. You are also free to place your own sign in the Yard with Your phone number on it so you can work those calls yourself to try and avoid paying that Buyers Agent Commission.

 5. If you desire, the use of our Electronic Lock Box is included (a security deposit is required).

6. The appointment setting service for your Buyers Agent Showings is included.
